My name is Kurosh Kiani and i ́m 28 years old. My life started in Iran where I was originally born. In the age of 7 I moved to Denmark with my mom and dad to start up a new life. I started windsurfing in the age of 12, and I was instantly hooked. Since then I have used all my resources and energy on the sport. I started competing back in 2000, which quickly turned out to be my thing. In 2002 I was among the best young (under 18) windsurfers in Denmark, which all culminated with my first Danish championship title
Now after many years, I can speak 8 languages and have truly set out on the road to one of my dream goals, to share my dream around the world and of course be able to spend nearly my full time on this wonderful sport. This has held me in this sport for many years, and I strive to reach goals higher and higher for every year. Just as when I started windsurfing. Back then I was a terrible beginner, and people where sure that I would never get up on that board and sail away. But lot of things has happened since then. My sport has given me so many challenges and amazing encounters, which is why motivation never has been a problem to me. To have goals to strive for and give your self 100% for and identify yourself with is what keeps me following my dreams and fulfill goals that I can look back at as successful moments and motivation for new challenges.
